2. Confidentiality of API Credentials

• You agree to keep all API credentials, including your Rapid Api Key, Shop Key, and any Webhook URLs or IP addresses confidential.
• Do not share your credentials in public repositories, client-side JavaScript, or any other unsecured environments.
• If credentials are compromised, you must notify us immediately so we can revoke and replace them.

3. Acceptable Use

• You must not use this API in any way that violates laws, regulations, or ethical use guidelines.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, exploit, or crawl the API in ways that bypass authentication or rate limits.
• You may not impersonate other users or shops by falsifying request headers or payloads.

4. Rate Limits and Fair Use

• This API may be subject to rate limits and usage quotas. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary or permanent suspension of access.
• Use of webhooks is encouraged to reduce polling traffic. Excessive polling may result in increased costs or throttling.

5. Service Availability and Liability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
• We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or errors resulting from misuse or misconfiguration of your client-side application.

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to revoke access at any time for violation of these terms or abuse of the system.
• In case of termination, your data will remain private and untouched unless you request deletion.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified in advance of any material changes.
